Set in Nabq located by the beautiful clear water of the Red Sea the Hauza Hotel is a spacious resort that makes an ideal place for diving, snorkeling or just lazing looking out to Tiran Island! About 20 minutes away from Naama Bay and 10 minutes from the airport.
Accommodation
The hotel has 490 rooms in total, including, standard, family, superior and junior suites divided into 35 African architect influenced buildings. All rooms have either a terrace or a balcony and most rooms have a sea view. Standard and superior rooms have a king or twin queen sized beds and have room for one extra bed. Family rooms have interconnecting doors and suites have 2 queen sized beds and a sitting room with a sofa bed.
Bathrooms have a bath tub and a shower and all accommodation have air conditioning, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, satellite TV and safe deposit boxes for 1 Euro per night (free if you use safe boxes in reception area).
Facilities & Services
The hotel includes three swimming pools, one large swimming pool divided into two sections for adults and children, one for Aqua fun with 5 levels and magnificent water slides and a shallow pool for children, there is also a heated Jacuzzi pool. The private beach is split into three areas, the quiet area, the bar area and the activities area which includes a diving centre, beach soccer and beach volleyball courts. Other facilities include Bedouin tents where one can smoke a water pipe, bazaars to shop in, a 24 hour doctor and an Internet cafe with 2 hours per week free use for "All Inclusive" clients.
There is a small gym but a new fitness centre is being built opening (June 06) with a gym (payable), indoor heated pool and a spa for massage and beauty treatments (payable locally).There is evening entertainment at least 4 times per week and a disco, cookery lessons once a week and other workshops to keep you busy during the day. A shuttle bus runs into Naama Bay (chargeable).
Sports facilities include two tennis courts, street ball soccer, billiards, table tennis and darts. Other activities include backgammon, board games and Boccia. For the younger members of the family there is a kids club ages 4-12 a play ground, mini golf and a mini zoo including some very old turtles
The main dining room serves buffet style meals with a baby corner for heating baby food and there are three a la carte restaurants, the “Tirana” seafood restaurant, the “Darna” Indian restaurant and the “Island” Italian restaurant. All restaurants are included in the "all inclusive" price however it is essential to book 24 hours ahead for all restaurants except the main dining room. There is a lobby bar, a pool bar which is open 24 hours and offers drinks, late breakfasts, lunch and late snacks and a beach bar. There is also a bar in the disco.
