The properties range in price from £15,000 to about £750,000 sterling pounds
Deferred payment terms are offered with an initial deposit and the balance in quarterly installments. Longer-term mortgages are also available for some properties subject to status.
Some of the properties are off-plan, others under construction and paying in installments means you could have moved in and been enjoying your property or earning rental income for a year or more whilst still completing payment for your property.
Maintenance on call and scheduled community maintenance programs are generally available.
Furnishing packages are also available at an extra cost but they are always good value for money.
