Cherouite Resort - Marsa Alam
This beach front resort located directly on the beautiful crystal coloured coastline of Marsa Alam is being built within a 4* hotel complex of the same name, which will have 350 rooms, 120 to be opened in 12 months. This Nubian style architectural resort is positioned in a great location with only 20% of the total land area being used for buildings and approximately 10 minutes from the small town of Marsa Alam, and 30 minutes drive to Marsa Alam airport.
There are a total eight buildings around the swimming pool with 12 apartments in each building, total 96. Built on two floors, each apartment is 45sqm gross with one bed room, bath room, reception with open kitchen and a balcony. Apartments can be converted to a 2 bed rooms or even 3 bed rooms units. The ground floor apartments will comes with a private front garden, and the upper floor units will have a private roof terrace, which can have a pagoda built on at owners cost. The interior finish of the properties will be super deluxe interior. Each unit will come with Air Condition connections, satellite, Wi-Fi, kitchen sink and worktop and ceramic floor tiles.
