Laguna vista management offers a 5% fixed income for 3 years with a yearly increase of 20% with 8% maximum income. The current rental rate is 7% as at February 2008 (applies on one and two bedroom apartment properties) Laguna vista management offers a portioned income of 40% - 60% for the client, after deducting internal maintenance fee’s (applies on villa properties and Townhouse properties) If this option is taken, resort furniture must be purchased.

Tax friendly: there is no capital gains tax in Egypt at this time and the rental income attracts 0% tax on the 1st 50% of rent and 20% only on the second 50% rent.
