About the developer
The developer building Moona Sharm is called Gulf Company touristic allotment and they are an extremely reputable and cash rich company. They have been building for over 15 years, and have built and delivering in February 2010 another project next to Moona plot called Maraqia. This developer has also built the Sol Vergina hotel in Sharm, the French school, and the police headquarters also in Sharm along with other residential villas and commercials premises in Sharm. In Cairo they have built shopping malls, and residential villas and on the North Coast they have also built a hotel. They are very experienced and specialised with a proven track record.
