Diving in the red sea

The Red Sea has some of the most colourful and exciting coral reefs in the world, making it a firm favourite with divers of all levels and ages. It is also a great place to learn to dive and many of the hotels have diving schools within their grounds. The city of Hurghada provides a gateway to prime diving sites throughout the Red Sea In addition, Hurghada is known for providing access to many uninhabited offshore reefs and islands.

Golfers Paradise

El Gouna, a 20minute drive from Hurghada features an 18 hole PGA championship golf course which is open 365 days per year. This course is open to the public and is graded as a 72 par, clubs and other equipment can be hired booking in advance is recommended. There is also a golf course at Makadi Golf Resort. Both have a driving range if hitting a few balls is all the exercise you want!
Water Sports

Hurghada has some great water sports on offer. Wind surfing and kite surfing are popular because of the perfect weather conditions for them in Hurghada. Banana boat and speed boat rides are also available from many of the beach fronts. There are two Aqua parks: one is located by Sinbad Beach Resort and the other is south of Hurgada in the Titanic Aqua Park Resort.
Camel Riding

Camel riding is a fun way to get a glimpse of Bedouin culture. Many tours also include a Bedouin dinner. This normally consists of a camel ride through the desert, a short stop for refreshments and photo opportunities before setting off to one of the Bedouin camps.
Quad Biking

Take a trip through the beautiful sand dunes of the desert on a Quad bike. Feel the wind in your face as you blaze through the desert, how fast will you go? Late afternoon trips are cooler and you get the chance to see the sun drop down and the stars come out.
Horse Riding

What about horse back riding in the desert or along the beach? Sunrise or sunset rides are available. Most rides last one to two hours just let the guide know if you are a novice or experienced rider.
