Our fee structure is designed to be flexible, so that you can pick the services that suit your requirements for buying property in Egypt.
Introductory service
Free of charge:
- Initial meeting or telephone conversation with us to discuss what kind of property in Egypt you are interested in.
- We will send you an initial suggestion of properties, with pictures, plans and more detail on the geographical areas.
- We will arrange for you to view your selected properties in Egypt either with one of our team based in Sharm El Sheikh/Hurghada or through our network of agents based in other areas of Egypt.
- We will support you through the whole buying process from start to finish, introducing other professionals to you if required (other professionals fees are subject to their standard charges).
Please note: Some developments have exclusive agents who will charge a buyers commission, so sometimes when purchasing in Sharm El Sheikh there is a fee charged to the purchaser by the agent handling the transaction of sale. This fee is usually 1.5% of the price of the property. In other areas of Egypt the ?buyers commission? is between 4% and 5% of the value of the property but does include some of the lawyers fees. If Uncover Egypt introduces you to such a project you will be made aware of this by us before you purchase.
Professional plus - ?750 (Payable in two parts).
- Introduced to an independent Arabic property lawyer approved by Uncover Egypt who will act for you in every aspect of your purchase.
- Our services to help you obtain residency. One of our Arabic team will accompany you to the government offices and help you with the paperwork.
- Our services to help you obtain ?power of attorney? for the lawyer to complete the purchase of your property on your behalf.
- Help and advice in opening bank accounts in Egypt and other utility accounts.
Buying plus - ?195
Payable before undertaking
- We can help you purchase furniture and other essentials to furnish the property.
- Organize all required utilities for you ie: phone lines.
- You have the services of our Arabic speaking team to help you sort out any snagging issues there may be with your property for a period of 6 months from time of payment of invoice.
Aftercare service - ?95
Payable before undertaking
- We can introduce you to a reliable maintenance and cleaning service agency. Essential if you are renting your property in Egypt.
- You have the services of our Arabic speaking team to help you sort out any snagging issues there may be with your property for a period of 6 months from time of invoice.
Fees are non- refundable and Uncover Egypt can accept no liability with regard to purchase, condition of property or any related matter, in connection with the property introduced through an Uncover Egypt enquiry or contract. Such responsibility remains between the purchaser and seller at all times throughout the normal legal process.
